Playa Samara is also accessible via regional flights to the nearby airport in Carillo just 10 minutes down the road. The Fenix Retreat is situated directly on the beach at Playa Samara with every unit just a few steps from the wide, sandy beach and the warm blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. The Lifestyle
The Fenix Retreat is a very unique property. Although it is only a 10 minute walk to the center of Samara, The Fenix Retreat offers the feeling of remoteness and tranquility found in few other places. Just steps from the warm sands of the pristine beach, dining, shopping and activities you’ll never ‘feel’ remote when you don’t wish to. You’ll be hard pressed to find a restaurant or other business in Playa Samara which maintains a dress code so it is very conceivable that you can arrive at The Fenix Retreat, put your shoes under the bed and and never look at them again until you’re ready to leave! The Fenix Retreat is a paradise haven where one can live the ‘Barefoot Lifestyle’.
The Property
The beautifully landscaped fractional ownership property lies directly on the beach just east of the quaint town of Samara. Originally built as a hotel, it is composed of 2 buildings representing 7 units set on 9700 Sq.feet (900 2) The main building contains six 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units, each with direct beach access and water views. The second building is a detached, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house sitting just 200 feet (60m)from beach.
